Halifax Seaport Farmers’ Market Final Weekend in Current Location

March 5, 2021, Halifax, NS – The Halifax Seaport Farmers’ Market is preparing for one final weekend in its current space at 1209 Marginal Road. Starting March 13, the doors to the new location will open, just down the road at Pavilion 22.

Over it’s 270+ year history, the Halifax Farmers’ Market has grown and thrived in several sites across Halifax, and with this latest move, it will see a return to fundamentals – great weekend vendors selling their own produce and products to loyal customers they call friends. The Market has always been about the people, and as we say goodbye to one location, we look forward to welcoming everyone someplace new.

Hours of Operation (Current location until March 12):

  • Monday to Thursday – Closed
  • Friday – 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Saturday – 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • Sunday – 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Hours of Operation (New location starting March 13):

  • Saturday – 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • Sunday – 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
