Eco Slips and Mitts produce high quality winter apparel including mittens, slippers and hats from recycled wool sweaters. The wool sweaters are felted, which makes the fibers soft, dense and warm. The mittens are lined with a second layer of wool sweater. The soles of the slippers are made with several layers of blankets, coats and leather jackets. The slippers come in a few styles: boot leg style, regular ankle height style, some with leather soles and others with wool soles. They are available in adult and children sizes.
